Weight Loss Challenge: Day 6 - Nutrition Summary

Keeping it short and sweet - need to get in bed for a 7AM tee time!

  • Calories - 2,967 (much higher than any day this week)
  • Protein - 243 grams
  • Carbs - 110 grams
  • Fat - 173 grams

Again today, the carbs came from Skim Plus milk, natural peanut butter and La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas. Most of the fat came from when I loaded up on fresh made Polish kielbasa at dinner tonight (ate more than I should have :-) and from the 3 Tbsp of flaxseed oil I took.

No gym tomorrow - have to give my body a day off. Instead I will get up at the crack of dawn to play the most frustrating game on the planet!
