Beware of the Infamous Weight Loss "Before & Afters"
You've seen them for every fat loss product on the market. The blurry, bloated "before" pictures that are stuck next to the professional, sleek, tanned "after" pictures - all the result of using said product. Amazing progress, or lots of crap?
I lean toward the latter. There is plenty of evidence that, for a variety of products, that the photos were actually taken in reverse order! Imagine that, a fat loss product with no integrity. I'm going to prove to you how easily this can be done.
I have been eating as much junk food as I can to bloat myself, and then you can follow along as I take it back off again. I've added as much as 25 pounds in the past few days, and the results are horrifying! Unfortunately I didn't have a shirtless "before before" picture so you could see the transformation from lean to fat to lean again, but you'll just have to take my word for it.
Weighed in this morning at 234.6 pounds - normally I would take a body fat measurement or at least measure with a tape measure, but I don't have time, so we'll go with the fit of the clothes and scale weight as indicators. It will take less than 30 days to get down to where I was, but I will show you along the way what kind of hiccups can happen.
All right, here's the picture. I tried to do all of the tricks that they use to really make a before picture look bad - poor posture, sticking the stomach out, unshaven, pale. Tonight I'll post my nutrition for the day as well as my workout. This should be fun!
